Verification standard
How doctor profiles are verified
Every public profile must be traceable to an official source and pass a human review before it appears in the directory.
Identity comes from official sources
A profile must link to the doctor's hospital, university, clinic, professional institution, or another authoritative source that identifies the same doctor.
Claims stay within the source
Titles, departments, specialties, languages, fees, and contact routes are displayed only when the source or a documented confirmation supports them. We do not convert marketing language into medical claims.
Profiles have a review date
Each profile records when its source was checked and must be re-verified within 180 days to stay public. A profile is hidden sooner when its source disappears, the doctor changes institution, or information can no longer be confirmed.
No paid ranking
Payment, commercial relationships, or coordination availability do not determine directory order or create a best-doctor label.
Contact
Ask about a doctor or specialty
Use email for the first contact. Do not attach full records, passport details, or payment information.
